Good policies and procedures set the groundwork for improving operations and promoting good practices.  They offer management an opportunity to affect behavior and provide a record of the institution’s official position on many important issues.  Reviewing policies and procedures helps to determine whether a bank has addressed a particular issue and whether the policy instructions are in compliance with all rules and regulations.

Model Policy & Procedures

A model policy and procedures manual has been developed to serve as a useful guide for reviewing an institution's current policies and procedures.  Many of the processes included are part of the CCG Catalyst best practice services model.

Review Policy & Procedure

A review will compare the institution's policies and procedures with the CCG Catalyst model.  An analysis of any deficiencies is made, along with specific recommendations for changes and additions. CCG Catalyst can also participate in writing the new policy and procedures manual, and promoting understanding of it to the staff.
